CANCELLATIONS: Should something unexpected arise and you need to cancel your trip up to August 25, 2023, there is a $50 fee. Cancellations after that date will forfeit the entire accommodation deposit.

All attendees must register upon arrival and must wear their wrist bands for the duration of the Potjie festival. 

• $25 per person, up to $100 max per family for 3 days of fun (Friday night to Monday)!
  • A family can have 2 adults over the age of 18.
  • No charge for children 6 and under
• Day visitor fee is $25 per day.

• Access to Camp Shiloh over Labor Day weekend
• Participation in all events
  • Boeresports
  • Sokkie Saturday evening
  • Entry into the Potjie Competition (contents are shared amongst all attendees),
• Coffee and Beskuit on Saturday and Sunday morning
• Lunch on Saturday
• Braai meat on Saturday evening (sides are “pot luck”)
• The event fee does not include any accommodation.
