Potjie Fee & Accommodations
Potjie Fee
All attendees must register upon arrival and must wear their wrist bands for the duration of the Potjie festival. Please note that fees listed are for the entire weekend, unless otherwise specified, and do not include accommodation.
Children
Free
Must be ages 6 and under.
Per Person
$25
This weekend fee includes participation in all events and meals outlined in the schedule.
Per Family
$100
This flat-rate option benefits families of five or more people (includes up to two adults).
Day Visitor
$25
Day visitors receive everything included in the standard Potjie fee.
*Note: Day Visitors will also be required to pay a $6 entrance fee into the campground.
CANCELLATIONS: Should something unexpected arise and you need to cancel your trip up to August 22, 2025, there is a $50 fee. Cancellations after that date will forfeit the entire accommodation deposit.
Accommodations
All cabins have been booked, however don’t miss out on the fun……come for the day or the following accommodations are available:
- Multiple 30 and 50 Amp RV sites.
- Don’t have your own RV? That’s ok - RV’s can be rented from local businesses that will supply the RV, set it up and remove it after the weekend!

- "Deluxe Tent Sites" for a tent or small RV less than 20ft with no sewer.
- Too hot to Tent camp? The dorm still has beds available.
